This is obviously devastating to her family and friends and especially tragic for the boys, neither of whom are old enough to understand what is going on (Daniel is only 18 months old or thereabouts).

Please pray for Elena and her family, that they will be strengthened and that God’s will and purpose will be accomplished. In our (human) eyes a full recovery would be the best possible outcome. Nevertheless, may God’s will be done.

We know that dispensationalism by mainstream terminology is false. That is, the mainstream concept of “New Testament” replacing “Old Testament”. What is sadly ironic, is that many of us who have studied Torah for years often forget the foundational principles of love and mercy when studying Torah and Hebrew Roots. We tend to REPLACE the “new” knowledge of Torah and Hebrew Roots with the “old” love and mercy. Do we forget that most of us did NOT cry out to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob saying “YHWH” or “YHVH”? Do we also forget that most of us did NOT come to the truth of Messiah under the name “Yeshua”? Many of us, in our desperate state of brokeness, and hopelessness cried out “Jesus! Please save me!”. I know I did.

We need to be careful not to allow ourselves to replace love and mercy with pride and arrogance when we grow in the knowledge of Torah. If we replace the basic principles that YHWH showed us in the days when we cried out in “Jesus” Name, and forget that Abba heard our cry even though we did not know anything about Hebrew Roots, then we are in fact dispensational at heart, in that we have REPLACED the simplicity and foundation that Abba gave us in the light we had when we cried out “Jesus”, and replaced it with “new” prideful, arrogant knowledge while growing colder and colder in our hearts…

Are we to remain in the basic principles and foundations that Abba laid for us? No. We are commanded to grow and BUILD on that foundation. However, are we to cast away the foundation, and forget it when we build upon it? No! Yet, that is what many of us tend to do. Thus, by doing so, and forgeting the love, mercy, and compassionate foundation that was given to us, we are in fact expressing spiritual dispensationalism.

We must be balanced in that we should never remain in the foundation given to us, but at the same time never forget it while building upon it by studying Scriptural truth…

Does a person, when turning a page in a book tear out the old pages when reading new ones? Of course not. That person must read the book from beginning to end, remembering how it started, while pressing on to finish it. We understand this basic principle when reading books, so why do we tend to forget the same principle when growing in the Word of YHWH?

Let us all press onward towards the truth, while never forgetting the foundational things that Abba has taught us when we first came to Him. That is, love, mercy, and compassion balanced with truth and righteousness.

Notice how the mainstream Jewish people don’t understand these followers of Yeshua. No matter how many times these Messianic Jews tell others that they follow Torah in every way, they are still “strange” to the mainstream Jews because these Netzarim (Messianic Jews) do not fit the mainstream theological box in Israel in that they follow Yeshua of Nazareth. So here we have a picture of our brothers from Judah who are seen by others as “strange” because they follow Yeshua even though they keep Torah, while many of us here in the United States are seen as “strange” for following Torah even though we claim Yeshua as Messiah. Let’s remember that there are also a remanant from Judah as well as all around the world. I pray that this video blesses you all

Is Isaiah 53 about the Messiah? The answer is yes! Is Isaiah 53 “solely” about the Messiah, no! Isaiah 53 is about Israel and Israel has a head…that head is Messiah and the Messiah submits to the Spirit (YHWH) which is “Our (Israel) Father” despite what some would say.

“Two House” theology is IRREVOCABLY flawed if it does not acknowledge that the dialogue concerning “two houses” IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT a starting point for defining the Israel of YHWH\the redeemed of YHWH. To use “two houses” as a description for the “whole household of faith” is simply error.

Two House Theology (Ephramite Identity) is like jumping into the middle of a narrative and establishing it as a beginning.

Prior to ANY mention of “Two Houses” in scripture there are KEY principles established that RULE OUT genealogy as playing ANY ROLE in the redemption of mankind.

YHWH is truly on board with replacement theology but not as it is taught in Christian churches. YHWH replaces the whosoever won’t (regardless of genealogy) with the whosoever will (regardless of genealogy) even giving a Eunuch who obeys a name BETTER than that of sons and daughters.

At the time of the Exodus torah was RE-ESTABLISHED among a remnant present at the foot of the mountain included not only some of the natural branches\native born but also a mixed multitude. The funny thing is, the call does not even stop there…with only those who were at the mountain.

It CLEARLY states the covenant is “with those who are standing here (at the mountain) and THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE…” and that includes WHOSOEVER WILL.

Paul, tells us that “some were cut off” due to disbelief and at the same time tells us not to boast against them (the some) which clearly means “some” WERE NOT cute off. In other words, “some” heard and obeyed. It is INTO that remnant (the some who WERE NOT cut off) that a foreigner\non-native born is grafted…both today and at the mountain.

What is important to note is that PRIOR to the “Two Houses” being mentioned YHWH was already taking foreigners OUT OF the nations and considering them “as native born” and making NO DISTINCTION between them.

We also see this in the call to “those who are not here” at the foot of the mountain. It is silly to believe that YHWH forgot about 95% of the worlds population during the Exodus and that only the people at the mountain represent all of the redeemed at the time.

Two House Ephramite Identity is treacherous theology when it fails to realize that the division of the houses and their regathering is only PART of the story. YHWH has always had his remnant of people in ALL PEOPLE GROUPS.

Paul would say “when those who have not the torah, but do what is IN the torah (of course by the leading of The Father\vine dresser) they are are torah (guiding principle) unto themselves…”

Messiah, as the vine does NOT select who is attached to him, the vine dresser\Father does that. That is how “those who are not here (at the mountain)” can still be part of the family. That is how the proverbial African bushman who “doesn’t know Jesus” can still be grafted into the family…by the Father “who is spirit” even if he is 1800 miles away and on a different continent.

We will be camping AND bunking in the condominiums with a fair mix of work and play during the entire last half of January. At Wyndham, there is an indoor heated pool, movies, workout room, hot tub, tanning beds (which is where I will be, lol), malls, movie theaters, etc…all nearby.

There won’t be any cost for any accommodation whether at the condo or camping.

We actually have all the sides finished and are ready to put the roof on. People came from Michigan, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas and Florida. The building you see is a pump house and temporary cabin. Thanks to everyone who helped with this project as well as those who will be coming in January!

There is a shower house nearby at a campground with which we have an agreement. We have clean filtered spring water, propane cooking stoves, coolers, etc…on site as well as an emergency toilet.

If you don’t have a tent, DO NOT buy one! We will have girls and boys tents so don’t worry.

Friday, January 16th is the first available day to show up.
Sunday, January 22nd and 29th we will be available to take groups around to look at land. We have set aside the whole day…twice.

Intended Usage:
- First and formemost, whatever Abba wills. We have been talking with other teachers about FREE events including a youth camp and several spring and summer gatherings…in addition to feast days. Before we do anything significant we need roadwork and some minor clearing for camp sites. This would include some trails and 20ft. x 20ft. clearings for tents.
- We would like to do an extended weekend event in the spring, YHWH willing and we have talked to teachers and musicians who are interested in participating.

Building Goals (for January):
- get the pump house\temporary cabin “dried in”
- 2 culverts installed and road work completed (ingress and egress is difficult though not impossible…Bradley did it in a Nissan Sentra)
- solar\hydro system hooked up and working (we already have all the key components)
- land clearing for tent sites

- We need a small utility tractor, really bad. It doesn’t have to be fancy…as a matter of fact a Yanmar utility tractor is only about $6k…please pray about this. Yanmar makes diesel engines for John Deere and others and they have been in business since 1912. Very reliable! I have seen decent used tractors for $4-5k.
- donations, gift certificates for food and drinks for all the people that will be coming. There is both a Costco and a Sam’s Club in Nashville, TN
- we need a gate for the property
- building materials…a gift certificate at Lowes would be so awesome

Ezekiel 11:18: And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence.

Ezekiel 11:19: And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

Ezekiel 11:20: That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their Elohim.

Ezekiel 11:21: But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Master יהוה.

Ezekiel 12:15: And they shall know that I am יהוה, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.

Ezekiel 12:16: But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am יהוה.

One of the first things that should grab our attention is [Ezekiel ch 11] verse 18 which states that when He calls us back into the land we will remove the detestable things and the abominations that are there.

There are many idols that have been erected to B- -L as pillars in the land, and photos of it are readily available.

Also there are other detestable things in the land, like churches with statues and idols in them. Not to mention spilling of blood on the Land (which is forbidden). Ezekiel states it far better than I ever could:

Ezekiel 22:1: Moreover the word of יהוה came unto me, saying,

Ezekiel 22:2: Now, thou son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt shew her all her abominations.

Ezekiel 22:3: Then say thou, Thus saith the Sovereign יהוה, The city sheddeth blood in the midst of it, that her time may come, and maketh idols against herself to defile herself.

Ezekiel 22:4: Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries.

Ezekiel 22:5: Those that be near, and those that be far from thee, shall mock thee, which art infamous and much vexed.

Ezekiel 22:6: Behold, the princes of Israel, every one were in thee to their power to shed blood.

Ezekiel 22:7: In thee have they set light by father and mother: in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the stranger: in thee have they vexed the fatherless and the widow.

Ezekiel 22:8: Thou hast despised mine holy things, and hast profaned my Sabbaths.

Ezekiel 22:9: In thee are men that carry tales to shed blood: and in thee they eat upon the mountains: in the midst of thee they commit lewdness.

Ezekiel 22:24: Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.

Ezekiel 22:25: There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.

Ezekiel 22:26: Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

Ezekiel 22:27: Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.

Ezekiel 22:28: And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Sovereign יהוה, when יהוה hath not spoken.

Ezekiel 22:29: The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.

Ezekiel 22:30: And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

Ezekiel 22:31: Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Master יהוה.

Scripture is very clear on these matters, and every single word that Yahuwah has spoken will come about.

One of our primary, first actions on returning to the land is to destroy these abominations and idols, and to cleanse the land from all filth in Yahuwah’s eyes. This has NOT happened  - yet!

This has NOT happened with those who claim to be Israel; those currently ruling and living there.

They simply are not fullfilling the criteria of Yahuwah for those in the dispersion who will be returned to the land by Him.

They are a people who refuse His ways and refuse to walk in His statutes and ordinances. Walking partly in His ways is not enough. We must count the cost, and gives ourselves wholeheartedly to Him.

We must ask ourselves, “Who is it that Yahuwah will protect from the sword and the plagues and the famine?”

…those who cry out and declare the abominations that are being committed…

It goes without saying, these are the ones who keep His commandments, hear His still, small voice, and follow the Lamb wherever He goes.

So brothers and sisters, be encouraged to cry out and to declare to His people the abominations they walk in (worldwide, including the state called Israel), and urge them to turn to Yahuwah and keep His commandments, statutes and precepts with their whole hearts. Warn them as Abba leads you. Because the penalty for disobedience is great.

Yahuwah will send the sword, famine, and pestilence on EVERY single person who refuses to walk in His ways.

If you walk in His ways and seek Him – if you are learning His ways, even as a baby, be encouraged. You are one that He will bring back to the land, and there we can rejoice at having the privilege of destroying every single abomination that is currently in the land of Israel….

Law and Grace Disguised

Gave him favor – Did you know that the Old Testament also contains language about Law and Grace? We often think that this issue began with Paul. We think it is a “Christian” distinction. We think that the Old Testament (and Judaism) is a religion of laws but the New Testament (and Christianity) is a religion of grace. But our thinking ignores the difference between hesed and hen. If we read the Scriptures in Hebrew, we would never conclude that Law and Grace are in conflict.

Look carefully at this verse about YHWH’s actions toward Joseph. First you will notice that YHWH extended kindness to Joseph. That’s the word hesed (more about this in a minute). Then the verse says that YHWH gave him favor in the eyes of the jailer. That’s the word hen. What’s the difference? Hen is the “gracious and favorable action passing from a superior to an inferior – an action that could not be forced or demanded.”[1] Read that carefully. Hen is pretty close to the Christian idea of grace. It can’t be earned or demanded. It is sheer gift granted by someone in a superior position by completely magnanimous motives. It is poured out on people who have no claim to it.

But hesed is different. Most of us who read the Bible in English would be inclined to think of hesed as God’s grace. It is usually translated (in the NASB) as “lovingkindness.” But hesed isn’t hen. Hesed is used only when there is a prior relationship bond (like family, marriage, kinship), a bond that produces an obligation for action. In other words, the parties that share hesed can expect and even demand reciprocal responsibilities. Hesed is not free gift. In fact, it is the opposite of hen.

By now you’re probably saying, “So what? It’s just linguistic differences.” But think about this. Hesed is the word used over and over to express YHWH’s relationship with Israel and with all who become part of His chosen people. But hesed is a word often associated with obligation, not unmerited favor. This means that God and Israel are obligated to each other as a result of the covenant God made. Grace may be the reason behind the covenant but from the moment it was made, obligation attached. The “law” is simply the articulation of that obligation. Torah spells out what it means to be in a relationship of hesed with YHWH. Israel (and you and I) didn’t earn the right to this covenant. YHWH made the covenant out of hen. That created the benefits we enjoy. But that same covenant entails hesed and both parties are now obligated to performance requirements. If we reject the obligations of the covenant, we reject hesed. We reject God’s bond to us. Israel did this over and over. God never let go of them because He obligated Himself, but their refusal to reciprocate removed them from enjoying the benefits of hesed. In other words, God’s “lovingkindness” (hesed) is contingent! Hen is grace poured out. Hesed is not.

When we understand the clear distinction between hen and hesed, we may be shocked to realize that most of the Bible is built around hesed, not hen. Most of the Bible, including the New Testament, is about the mutual and reciprocal obligations entailed in a bonded relationship with YHWH and/or Yeshua. It is hesed that characterizes being in the Kingdom.

Law and grace are just as present in the Tanakh as they are in the Brit Chadashah (New Testament). Furthermore, the definitions of the terms from an Hebraic perspective have not changed. When Sha’ul and Yeshua speak about grace, they are thinking about hen. When they speak about Torah, they are thinking about hesed. As you can now see, the two must fit together if we are to have a relationship with YHWH with benefits. As soon as you try to pry obligation away from favor, you destroy the essential linkage and break the bond.

“Unless Israel obeys and loves Yahweh the nation cannot expect to receive the divine hesed. The responsibility of God to show hesed is, therefore, conditional in Deuteronomy.”[2] The proper translation of hesed may be something closer to “loyal fulfillment of expectation” than “lovingkindness,” although kindness is certainly part of the relationship created by this bond. What is crucial for us is this: our views of the equivalent of hesed, what we call “grace,” are out of alignment with the real meaning of the word. We have beseeched God for favor without understanding that His grace through the covenant entails obligation. We want the relationship without the bond. And that just isn’t possible.

“Hesed, the outstanding word used to describe the content of divine-human relations, may often be rendered ‘grace,’ but ‘grace’ fails to suggest ‘the element of loyalty, or moral obligation, of social bond which the Hebrew word includes, an element finding parallel expression in the quite different word translated ‘redeemer,’ properly ‘kinsman-vindicator.’”[3]
