How do we keep the Shabbat and the Moedim? (By David)

Many of our brothers and sisters in Yeshua are in situations in their lives that make obedience to the appointed times of YHVH very difficult. Such as, married to an unbeliever or living in a small town or in the country where there are few other Torah observant followers of Yeshua, or no organized assemblies. Or perhaps, all of the above or many other situations which could cause problems. What is the minimum acceptable observance activity? This may be poorly put but I think you follow what I am saying. Many brothers and sisters are under attack over these issues.
